FromOrderedBytes(ReadOnlySpan<byte>)
Creates a file ID from the 16-byte ordered encoding written by ToOrderedBytes().

Remarks
The encoding is not RFC 9562 byte order; see ToOrderedBytes(). To create a file ID from bytes in RFC 9562 byte order, convert them
with Guid(ReadOnlySpan<byte>, bool) with bigEndian set to true and pass the GUID to
Create(Guid).
