Interface IReadOnlyCollectionDictionaryBase<TKey, TValue>
Represents the members of a read-only collection dictionary that do not depend on the type of the keyed value collections. This is the common base of every collection dictionary interface so that these members remain unambiguous when an interface derives from more than one value collection type.
