Method GetDefaultName

GetDefaultName(Guid, IEnumerable<string>, string?)

Gets the name a new passkey can start with until the user renames it: its provider, or "Security key" for one that only connects by USB, NFC, Bluetooth or smart card, or "Passkey" otherwise, followed by the platform it was created on if it is known, such as "iCloud Keychain (iOS)". The name is at most MaxDefaultNameLength characters long.
