Method AddShortLivedStore
AddShortLivedStore(IServiceCollection, Action<MemoryShortLivedStoreOptions>?)
Registers MemoryShortLivedStore as the IShortLivedStore, unless a store is already registered. Services that run on several servers register an IShortLivedStore backed by shared storage as a singleton instead, before or after calling this method.
