Method EnsureSignInOriginAllowed

Checks the current request's origin the way SignInAsync(bool, Func<SignInInfo, Task<TSessionToken>>) does before it calls its function, without signing in.

The default implementation throws if IsRequestOriginAllowed() returns false.
