Classes

DeviceLinkApprovalResult

The result of ApproveAsync(string, string, string?, CancellationToken): its outcome, and the details of the device that was approved.

DeviceLinkPollResult

The status of a device link, returned to the new device by PollAsync(string, string, CancellationToken).

Signs in a new device by having the user approve it from a device where they are already signed in. The new device shows a short code, the user types it on the signed-in device, checks the new device's details and approves it, and the new device then receives a one-time sign-in code.

PasskeySignInCodesExtensions

Extension methods for SignInCodes that continue a passkey sign-in or registration with a one-time sign-in code.

PkceChallenge

Validates PKCE code challenges and checks code verifiers against them (RFC 7636 with the S256 method, which is the only one supported).

RedeemedSignInCode

A sign-in code that RedeemAsync(string, string, CancellationToken) redeemed: the user it signs in, and the app's value it was created with.

ShortCode

Generates, normalizes and formats short codes that users read on one screen and type on another, such as device link codes or setup codes: 8 characters from Crockford's base 32 (about 10^12 codes), displayed as K7PX-M3QR.

SignInCodeOptions

Provides options for SignInCodes.

SignInCodes

Creates and redeems one-time sign-in codes. A code is bound to a PKCE code challenge, so only the holder of the matching code verifier can exchange it for a session, wherever the code travels (a redirect to an app, a device link or a response that could be intercepted).
