Class TestUploadedFile<TCommand>

An uploaded file with the app's command for testing the handlers of chunked uploads without a request, which Create<TCommand>(byte[], string, TCommand, string?) creates. Its content is in a temporary file, which is deleted when it is disposed unless the handler moved it.
