DateTime	lastWriteUtc	The time the upload's last chunk was written, or the time it was created if no chunk was written, in UTC.
UploadRunState	runState	The state of the claim of the upload's handler run.
DateTime?	runStartedUtc	The time the run was claimed, in UTC, if runState is not None.
string	outcome	The upload's outcome, if it has one.
DateTime?	outcomeUtc	The time the outcome was stored, in UTC, if the upload has one.

Exceptions

Type	Condition
ArgumentException	A run state other than None has no runStartedUtc, an outcome has no outcomeUtc, or an upload has both an outcome and a run state other than None.
