Method WireDialog

WireDialog(object, out ITaskRunner)

Wires up a newly created framework-specific dialog object. The implementation should hook up any framework-specific bindings/event handlers and produce a task runner used to run dialog operations. The task runner can be used before the dialog's view model is attached with AttachDialogViewModel(object, IDialogViewModel), since a view model created by the navigator can use it in its constructor.
